Prashant Setia
Managing Director

Prashant Setia is the Managing Director and has been in the health care sector for over 20 years.  Prashant is a qualified Occupational Therapist and specialises in neuro-rehabilitation, reablement, major adaptions assessment, manual handling assessment and double handed care reviews.  Prashant has lead rehabilitation teams at Addenbrookes, St. Mary’s Paddington, Royal Free Neuro Rehabilitation, Hammersmith Hospital, Watford General and Heatherwood Hospital.  He has also supported Essex County Council to reduce the waiting list for Occupational Therapy assessment.  Prashant has worked closely with individuals which has involved effectively assessing and recommending equipment and adaptions to enable people to remain living in their own homes.  He has undertaken reviews for double handed care packages, risk assessing, reviewing reablement potential and the correct use of equipment in situ to achieve individuals’ goals and aspirations.  

Stacy Brewis
Field Care Supervisor

Stacy Brewis is our Field Care Supervisor.  Stacey plays a large role, both in and out of the community.  Stacey is often the first person that individuals will meet when assessing individual care needs and will produce the necessary care documentation.  Stacey has over 14 years’ experience in the health sector and has established good working relationships with all our clients, their families and her colleagues at all levels. Stacey is responsible for ensuring that clients continue to feel happy with the care provided.  She also supervises and mentors the care staff and leads by example.

Pamela Copp
Care Coordinator

Pamela Copp is our Care Coordinator, working within the care sector for over 17 years. Pamela is an efficient, committed and compassionate member of our team. Pamela coordinates the care staff and ensures that everyone’s care needs are met.  Pamela is extremely hands-on and is often seen in the community attending to care calls.  She has established good working relationships with clients, their families and her colleagues.  Pamela is will be one of the first voices that individuals hear when calling Ready Care Services and is always ready to assist.

Our Carers, Quality and Trust – All our staff have been vetted with the DBS (disclosing barring service) and are highly trained individuals.  They have all obtained at minimum the Care Certificate, with some care staff obtaining NVQ (QCF) qualifications in Health and Social Care, ranging from Level 2 through to Level 5.   All staff are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, patient and empathetic and will go above and beyond to ensure that each person receives the quality care that they require and deserve.  We tailor make our care package for each individual to their preferences and matched against our staffing skills.
